Store Manager (Full-Time)
The Store Manager manages all store operations, loss prevention and makes decisions that directly affect store performance and profitability. They are accountable for achieving store and overall company profitability expectations in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. They must treat customers and co-workers with dignity and respect. The Store Manager effectively directs sales by coaching and motivating employees to achieve personal and store sales goals. They ensure compliance is met for all company operations, policies and procedures and control store shrink by practicing and preventing loss. Overall, the Store Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring store is adequately well-staffed and trained at all times.

Co-Manager (Full-Time)
The Co-Manager manages all store operations, loss prevention and makes decisions that directly affect store performance and profitability. Accountable for achieving store and company overall profitability expectations in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. Treats customers and co-workers with dignity and respect. Effectively sales directs by coaching and motivating employees to achieve personal and store sales goals. Ensures compliance is met for all company operations, policies, and procedures. Controls store shrink by practicing and preventing loss.

Assistant Manager (Part-Time/Full-Time)
The Assistant Manager effectively sales directs by coaching and motivating employees to achieve personal and store sales goals. Ensures compliance is met for all company operations, policies and procedures. Controls store shrink by practicing and preventing loss.

Manager-In-Training (Part-Time/Full-Time)
The Manager in Training acts as an Assistant Manager while taking the necessary courses and hands-on experience to successfully move to a keyed, store management position. They effectively direct sales by coaching and motivating employees to achieve personal and store sales goals. They also ensure compliance is met for all company operations, policies and procedures. The Manager in Training controls store shrink by practicing and preventing loss.

Stock Stylist (Part-Time)
The Stock Stylist clearly understands and effectively implements The 4-Step Selling method, using to it achieve personal sales minimums required by “Store Gold Star” Program. They practice and implement all loss prevention policies and procedures, all while maintaining a visually appealing store. The Stock Stylist oversees all store shipping and receiving procedures.

Stylist (Part-Time)
The Stylist clearly understands and effectively implements The 4-Step Selling method, using to it achieve personal sales minimums required by “Store Gold Star” Program. They practice and implement all loss prevention policies and procedures, all while maintaining a visually appealing store.
